Job summary

SunStrong Management, LLC is seeking a bilingual Collections Specialist with B2C experience in the solar energy sector. The role focuses on maintaining and collecting past-due accounts by phone, email, or automated dialer, with account research and skip tracing as needed.

The position is remote with CST working hours, compensation at $16 per hour plus incentives, and a focus on customer service while adhering to policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience collecting delinquent accounts
• Three to five years’ experience in a customer service or call center setting
• Bilingual in Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned past due inventory and contact customers to determine action
• Provide research on customer accounts to other work groups
• Establish payment arrangements in line with policy to resolve balances
• Handle inbound calls and provide resolutions to prevent escalations
• Update cases, enter new cases, or comment as needed
• Perform account maintenance including accurate note taking and updating demographics
