SunStrong Management is seeking a Servicing Operations Associate to manage the full billing and collections lifecycle for our B2B clients. You will oversee end-to-end invoicing across systems, drive timely collections, and lead onboarding and contract review for new portfolios.

Qualifications

• ,5+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or servicing operations in a B2B setting.
• Experience with invoicing platforms (Xero/Intacct/NetSuite) required.
• Ability to interpret contracts and terms for billing and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices for B2B customers.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and sent on schedule per terms.
• Reconcile billing data with contracts, meter reads, and records.
• Manage billing adjustments, credits, and disputes with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain invoice records and audit trails in financial systems.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on balances.
• Execute structured collections via email/phone/written outreach.
• Escalate high-risk accounts with documented actions.
• Assist onboarding of new customers and portfolios.
• Review contracts to identify billing terms and payment schedules.
• Translate contract terms into system configurations for billing.
• Aggregate and validate customer data across sources.
• Review datasets to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Support data QC across systems and document issues.
