Job summary

SunStrong Management, LLC is seeking a Servicing Operations Associate to manage the full billing and collections lifecycle for B2B customers in a fast-paced asset management and servicing platform.

You will drive invoicing, collections, onboarding and contract review, balancing financial precision with strong customer communication, working across finance, operations, and client success teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or servicing operations in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing platforms such as Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts, including billing, payment, and escalation terms.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies across large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience managing difficult customer conversations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing Operations: Generate, review, and issue invoices for customers; ensure invoices are accurate and sent on schedule; reconcile billing data; manage billing adjustments, credits, and disputes; maintain audit trails.
• Collections & Accounts Receivable: Monitor aging reports; follow up on outstanding balances; execute structured collections; escalate high-risk accounts with documented history.
• Customer Onboarding & Contract Review: Assist onboarding for new B2B customers; review contracts for billing terms and schedules; translate terms into system configurations.
• Data Management & Quality Control: Aggregate data from multiple sources; validate accuracy; identify discrepancies; support QC across systems; document issues and resolve root causes.
