Qualifications

• 2–4 years of patient-facing or high-touch customer interaction experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer policies preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end care process from benefit verification to medication delivery.
• Perform benefit verifications with physicians, pharmacies, and insurers.
• Assist with insurance, prior authorization, and appeals.
• Explain coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns regarding requests for assistance.
