Qualifications

• 2-4 years of industry experience with patient-facing or high touch customer interaction preferred.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial payers policies and guidelines for coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire care process from benefit verification to medication delivery with urgency and accuracy.
• Conduct benefit verifications and coordinate with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and insurers.
• Assist with insurance, prior authorization, and appeals requirements and outcomes.
• Explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients and caregivers.
