Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role, supporting nationwide customers in English and Spanish. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products and services, and deliver exceptional service while meeting revenue goals.

Qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and at least 6 months in sales or customer service. This position offers uncapped commissions and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required and eligible for extra compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound Care Center calls with a consultative sales approach.
• Sell Interlock products, programs and services with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow‑ups and manage correspondence to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document interactions in CRM and other systems.
