Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by handling inbound/outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients nationwide.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong communication skills, and a proactive sales approach. The position is fully remote with equipment provided, offering hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask with urgency.
• Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide product and service information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues and maintain detailed records in CRM.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
