Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Sales Program Advisor to manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service nationwide.

You will drive revenue growth, handle inquiries, and build lasting client relationships while working remotely with provided equipment and support. The role requires English/Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and at least 6 months in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products, programs and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold reputation in alcohol-monitoring industry.
