Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative approach to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns efficiently.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold company reputation.
• Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining detailed CRM records.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
