Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue and expand our nationwide bilingual English/Spanish customer base. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service or call center.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous, confident and collaborative.
• Awareness of market trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative sales approach.
• Provide product information, address inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via referrals and cold calls.
• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Conduct follow-ups and manage correspondence for satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues and maintain records in CRM systems.
• Gather data across platforms and manage documentation.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients.
