Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering outstanding service nationwide.

This fully remote role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and a proactive, consultative sales approach to build lasting client relationships and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
