Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; adaptable and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain records in CRM and prepare compelling sales presentations.
• Deliver market research and stay informed on industry trends.
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality; provide Care Center support as needed.
