Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role spanning nationwide coverage. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service while building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least a high school diploma and 6 months of sales or customer service experience. The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with full health benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales, customer service or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
