Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide. Expect performance-based commissions and incentives along with a competitive hourly rate.

The position emphasizes building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining CRM records to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required; additional compensation applies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems and prepare sales presentations.
