Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of professional experience using both English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1 year dental experience.
• Genesys, Google Workspace, advanced computer skills, telephone.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone in a timely and professional capacity.
• Maintains quality while meeting minimum performance expectations.
• Accurately schedules and cancels patient appointments and enters correct data.
• Converse in Spanish while entering information in English.
