Mortenson Dental Partners is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representative to support the Patient Services Team. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient data in our systems, using English and Spanish in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of bilingual customer service experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with basic computer tools. Remote option with in-state training and equipment logistics provided.

Formación

• 1 year using English and Spanish languages in a professional setting.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Ability to multitask while handling calls and data entry.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
