Job summary

Mortenson Dental Partners is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Rep to join our Patient Services team. This full-time remote role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong customer service, and the ability to schedule patient appointments accurately.

You’ll answer inquiries, maintain professional service, and enter data into our systems while supporting a friendly, team-driven culture. In-state hires attend one in-person day; out-of-state equipment ships after I-9 completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of professional English-Spanish bilingual customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and assist patients in scheduling appointments.
• Maintain a friendly, professional communication style.
• Enter accurate patient information into systems and maintain data quality.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Provide courteous service in Spanish when needed.
