Mortenson Dental Partners is seeking a bilingual inbound call center representative to support the Patient Services Team. The role focuses on taking inbound calls from new and existing patients to schedule appointments across our dental offices, with a need for fluent English and Spanish.

The position requires prior customer service experience, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms.

Qualifications

• 1 year using both English and Spanish in a professional/contact center capacity.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1 year dental experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately schedules and cancels patient appointments and inputs data into systems.
• Converse in Spanish while entering information in English.
