Job summary

Mortenson Dental Partners seeks a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Rep to support patient scheduling and inquiries in English and Spanish. The role is fully remote with a 40-hour work week and requires a warm, professional demeanor and strong communication across languages.

In this position you will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and input accurate data while sustaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year using both English and Spanish in a professional and/or contact center capacity.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Personally strives to delight patients and families by creating a kind, gracious, and caring environment.
• Ensures telephone is answered in a timely and professional capacity.
• Maintains quality while consistently maintaining minimum expectation levels.
• Accurately schedules and cancels patient appointments and inputs correct patient data into appropriate systems to ensure manageable and profitable schedules for dentists and hygienists.
• Follows scheduling guidelines to ensure manageable and profitable schedules for dentists and hygienists.
• Promotes a “team first” attitude by demonstrating positive and caring relationships and communication with coworkers.
• Effectively Converses in Spanish while entering information into systems in English.
