You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and enter data accurately while maintaining professional communication with patients and staff.

Formación

• 1 year of professional experience using both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Accurately schedule and cancel appointments and input correct patient data into systems.
