Job summary

Mortenson Dental Partners is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representative to handle patient calls and schedule appointments across our dental offices. The role requires strong Spanish-English communication, a positive, professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Training begins December 2, 2026, with in-state hires visiting an office for equipment and out-of-state hires having equipment shipped after I-9 verification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional English/Spanish language use.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist patients in scheduling appointments.
• Maintain professional, friendly communication with patients.
• Input patient data accurately into systems.
• Meet scheduling guidelines to optimize dentist/hygienist calendars.
• Provide service with a team-first attitude and respectful communication.
• Conduct conversations in Spanish while entering data in English.
