Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Remote Based Bilingual Patient Advocate. This full-time, 100% remote role follows a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to PST/CST time zones. The advocate guides uninsured hospital patients through Medicaid and financial assistance processes.

You will interact by phone, document cases accurately, and collaborate with hospital staff while ensuring HIPAA compliance. A bilingual (Spanish-English) capability is essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior hospital experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Remote work with HIPAA/PHI compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Screen uninsured patients for Medicaid/financial assistance eligibility.
• Complete applications and follow through until approved.
• Document cases accurately in ElevatePFS and hospital systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and case managers.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and track enrollment paperwork.
