Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is hiring a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate in Glendale, AZ. This full-time, onsite role places you at the patient’s bedside to guide uninsured individuals through Medicaid and financial assistance programs, in English and Spanish.

You’ll screen patients, complete applications, document cases in MPower, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely approvals and compassionate service in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; hospital experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to navigate hospital settings and patient rooms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with state and federal programs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Screen uninsured patients at bedside to assess eligibility for govt programs.
• Complete applications and follow through until approval.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and government agencies as needed.
