Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, onsite role involves meeting patients at their hospital rooms to guide them through Medicaid and other financial assistance applications.

The advocate will screen patients at bedside, assist with documentation, and coordinate with hospital staff and government agencies, using English and Spanish to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish to assist diverse patient population.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and empathy in high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside to assess eligibility for federal, state, and county programs.
• Complete applications and follow through until approvals are obtained.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
