• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to assist diverse patients.
• High school diploma or GED required; hospital experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients and determine eligibility for assistance programs.
• Complete applications and follow through to approval; document in MPower and hospital systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with hospital staff and agencies.
• Maintain contact with applicants and government agencies by phone and in writing.
• Attend ongoing trainings and meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
