Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• HS diploma or GED is preferred; hospital experience is preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients for eligibility for federal/state/county programs.
• Complete applications and follow through until approval.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
