Elevate Patient Financial Solutions in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring a Hospital Based Bilingual Patient Advocate to guide uninsured hospital patients through Medicaid and other financial assistance options. This full-time, onsite role requires speaking English and Spanish, visiting patients at their bedsides, determining eligibility, and helping complete applications.

You will partner with hospital staff to ensure 98% bedside screening target is met, while maintaining empathy in life's vulnerable

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish for patient interaction.
• Experience assisting uninsured hospital patients is a plus.
• Comfort working in a hospital setting and at bedside.

Responsabilidades

• Screen patients at bedside to determine eligibility for medical or disability assistance.
• Complete applications and follow through until approval.
• Document cases accurately in MPower and hospital systems.
• Assist patients in gathering documentation and arranging transportation if needed.
• Communicate with hospital staff and government agencies in English and Spanish.
