Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required; speak, read, and write fluently.
• 2–3 years in healthcare, eligibility screening, case management, or high-touch customer service.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP, or SNP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls with members applying for or obtaining Medicaid, MSP, LIS.
• Explain complex regulations in simple, warm terms when needed.
• Gather and verify personal and financial details for enrollment and recertification.
• Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Navigate multiple software systems to track progress and documentation.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 11:00–19:30 EST (9:00–17:30 MST).
