Mission Lane is hiring a bilingual (Spanish-English) Operations Coordinator for our Collections & Recoveries team to have direct, honest conversations with customers about getting accounts back on track, fairly and respectfully.

As an Operations Coordinator on the Collections & Recoveries team, you are the voice you need on every call—be straightforward, be kind, and help the cardholder land on a plan that moves them forward.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a phone-based, customer-facing role (collections, customer service, sales, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work a remote schedule while maintaining an active presence in Collaboration Room AI.
• Fast, reliable internet and a private, quiet workspace.

Responsabilités

• Speak with customers who've fallen behind on payment and ask directly for what's owed.
• Work with customers through pushback and objections to build a workable plan.
• Follow established scripts, tools, and account guidelines for consistency and compliance.
• Read conversations quickly and adjust approach while keeping the ask in view.
• Keep accurate, timely records of every call and outcome in our systems.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
