Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish) to deliver exceptional customer service in a remote setting. You will handle escalated inquiries, provide high-quality service, and support applicants through Medicaid processes while meeting performance goals.

The role offers a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist callers with completing Medicaid applications and updates on status.
• Follow documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Act as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens while accessing information from various applications.
• Utilize multiple systems to gather information and document actions.
