Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative-Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish) to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex inquiries in a fast-paced environment. You will handle escalated issues, assist with Medicaid applications, and provide updates on status while meeting performance goals.

We offer a remote position with a 40-hour workweek, starting pay of $17.50 per hour, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, assesses needs, researches, and documents calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow policies on call handling and escalation.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple screens and applications to gather information.
