Job summary

Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative for Medicaid Member Support. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service, addressing escalated inquiries, and guiding members through the Medicaid application process in a fast-paced call center setting.

This full-time, remote position requires 1+ year of call center experience, computer literacy, and the ability to work from home across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Minimum 1 year call center experience in telephone customer service or related.
• Able to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with completing Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies and handle escalations.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to meet their needs.
• Navigate across multiple screens and access information from various applications.
• Utilize multiple systems to gather information and document appropriately.
