Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must pass assessments and speed test.
• Minimum 1 year call center experience in telephone customer service or related.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Provide information on eligibility and assist callers with applying for Medicaid and updating status.
• Follow policies including call handling and escalations.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to meet their needs.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens and use several systems.
