Job summary

Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is hiring a Call Center Representative-Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish). In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex member inquiries within a fast-paced Medicaid contact center environment.

You will handle escalated issues, guide callers through Medicaid applications, provide updates on status, and document interactions across multiple systems while aiming to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year call center or related experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.
• Able to work within established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Act as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple screens and applications to access and review information.
• Utilize multiple systems to gather information and document across several records.
