Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Call Center Representative–Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish) to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle escalated inquiries, assist with Medicaid applications, and provide updates on status while meeting performance goals.

This full-time remote role pays $17.50 per hour and involves 40 hours per week. Benefits from day one, paid training, and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• A minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Using a computerized system, responds to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and resolves inquiries, and documents calls.
• Provides information regarding member eligibility and assists with completing Medicaid applications and updates on status.
• Follows documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Advocates for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens while accessing and reviewing information from various applications.
• Utilizes 5 systems to gather information and document up to 3 systems.
