Job summary

Cesna Group, a global recruitment leader, seeks an Executive Search Consultant fluent in English and Korean/Japanese/Chinese to drive talent acquisition for international clients. Remote work is offered with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will source, interview, and manage end-to-end placements while advising clients on hiring strategies and market insights. Ideal candidates bring sales or recruiting experience, bilingual language skills, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media and databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, on-site).
• Manage end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent needs.
• Present and promote qualified candidates to clients.
• Extend offers and close placements.
• Build client relationships through business development.
• Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients.
• Negotiate terms of business with clients.
