AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Call Center. You will answer inbound calls, provide personalized solutions, and promote products while maintaining a friendly, efficient service mindset.

The role includes a remote training program and post-training full-time remote work within Texas, with a competitive starting wage and bilingual premium where applicable. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred).
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.
• Flexible, can-do mindset and willingness to adapt to change.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must reside within the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships.
• Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products and services.
• Engage with members using strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
