Job summary

AAA is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Insurance Spanish Bilingual to join its Southern California team. You will answer inbound calls, assist members with questions about memberships, and deliver proactive, personalized solutions in English and Spanish while navigating multiple systems.

The role starts with 100% virtual training for about four months, with shifts between 9:00am and 9:00pm Mon–Fri and Saturday bullpen coverage during training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.
• Willingness to adapt to changing environments and processes.
