Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and Spanish to join our Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

We offer bilingual fluency assessment, remote training for four months with scheduling between 9:00am-9:00pm, and a post-training remote schedule of 9:00am-9:15pm with one weekday off.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred).
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time.
• Must reside within 80 miles of Houston, TX address.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships.
• Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services.
• Engage with members using a friendly, problem-solving mindset.
• Think quickly and critically to resolve issues; not a scripted environment.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance.
