Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service with public contact.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance or administration preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as required by business needs.
• Bilingual candidates provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment.
• Resolve general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and payments.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies during duties.
• Use established work queues and call pools to resolve issues.
• Provide thorough and professional information to patients/account holders.
