State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving questions about insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. Veterans and Military Spouses are encouraged to apply.

Remote positions require US residency; bilingual candidates receive up to $2.00/hr more in the first year. Non-bilingual earn $16.00/hr, bilingual $18.00/hr, with quarterly increases possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role with public contact.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Make and answer calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to information requests from patients/accounts in a professional, thorough manner.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies in daily duties.
