State Collection Service, Inc. is hiring Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving questions about insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments.

Veterans and Military Spouses Encouraged to Apply. You will follow client protocols, resolve questions, and support bilingual calls; 1+ year in a call center or customer service; remote work from the United States.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience working in Call Center or Customer Service handling public inquiries.
• Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required by business needs.
• Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsabilités

• Make and answer calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to information requests from patients/account holders professionally and completely.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies in all duties.
• Maintain flexible scheduling.
• Provide support for bilingual calls when needed.
• Provide equipment and technical support as scheduled.
