Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls about insurance, billing and payments.
• Follow client protocols to resolve questions and issues in a professional manner.
• Provide information and support to patients/account holders as required.
