Job summary

Century Games is seeking a Game Operation Specialist to serve as the bridge between players and the development team. You will handle tickets, provide accurate information, and help keep the community informed.

The role requires strong customer service experience, familiarity with ticketing systems, and flexibility for weekend and night shifts. Remote work is available, and experience in the gaming industry is a plus.

Qualifications

Must be a native speaker with a passion for online/mobile games.
2+ years work experience in the game industry is a plus.
2+ years as a Customer Service Representative is a plus.
Experience as a Community Manager is a plus.
Experience using ticketing/email systems such as Helpshift is a plus.
Able to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Solve game related issues for players via online ticketing system.
Professionally resolve players' questions submitted to CS channels and report to the game studio.
Manage and collect players' feedback on CS channels and community pages.
Compile reports for major questions and CS metrics tracking.
