Qualifications

• One to two years of customer service experience in handling moderate to complex inquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document customer situations clearly.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members, clients, providers, and partners via phone, in person, or online.
• Process payments and perform eligibility verification, order status, and shipping status checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, letters, and forms; contribute to QA testing for company software.
• Identify customer trends and communicate insights to partners; educate customers on products and solutions.
• Remain current on policy changes to respond to inquiries accurately and consistently.
