Proof is hiring an Operations Service Specialist to ensure accurate experiences for server partners and clients on our platform. You will respond to inquiries, drive timely platform tasks, and contribute to improvements while working remotely in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

The role emphasizes empathy, customer-centric service, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize user experience and support market growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience in service of process industry or related field.
• Experience documenting work for cross-functional audiences.
• Strong collaboration and partner management skills.
• Strong time management, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects within deadlines.
• Experience with high volume workload.
• Legal and/or real estate background preferred.
• A full 8 hours of actual work time (9am-5pm Mountain or Pacific time) expected each workday.

Responsibilities

• Respond to independent server partner and client questions via chat to deliver quality service.
• Ensure successful completion of platform jobs through dedicated timeline and prompts that meet SLAs.
• Adapt quickly in a fast paced environment and participate in organizational change and improvements.
• Exercise best judgment to provide clear and professional written communications to partners and clients.
• Work in a support role, cross training for similar positions as needed.
• Be the voice of the customer and consistently create an exceptional experience.
• Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and collaborate on improvements.
• Identify, solve, and escalate platform issues and opportunities.
