Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic customer service and phone handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with inquiries, orders, billing, or technical support.
• Listen actively, identify root causes, and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions; update as needed.
• Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, tracking shipments, and account updates.
• Record interactions in systems and generate reports on performance and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech support for escalated inquiries.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
