Velera is a premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and fintech provider. Velera seeks a Fraud Detection Agent I - Bilingual to process fraud cases and provide courteous service to Credit Union employees and members from a remote-USA setting.

You will take calls, review cases for credit/debit activity, and use Falcon Fraud Detection to prevent losses. You’ll work toward performance targets and grow through Velera’s career path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Experience in fraud detection or investigation preferred.
• Call center or customer service experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for fraud detection.
• Monitor and process fraud cases to identify suspicious activity.
• Utilize Falcon Fraud Detection System to mitigate losses.
