Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/finance/IT field.
• CFE certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ fraud prevention/risk management experience in financial services.
• Minimum of 5 years leading high-performing teams.
• Experience building/managing operational frameworks in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize fraud prevention frameworks and identity verification procedures.
• Lead a dedicated risk mitigation team and provide consulting to clients.
