Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a remote US Fraud Operations role focused on consumer fraud resolution, dispute management, and investigation support. You will work with Customer Support, CSSI, and external stakeholders to manage high-volume cases from a remote US location.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations or customer support, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and proficient in handling confidential data with compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an operations or customer support environment (fraud or disputes preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience handling consumer inquiries, escalations, or sensitive case resolution.
• Strong understanding of confidential data handling and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex consumer files from internal/external partners with prompt solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for fraud processing including Customer Support and CSSI.
• Collect and distribute data to law enforcement for fraud cases under investigation.
• Answer calls and inquiries from consumers and customers, resolving escalated inquiries such as disputes, fraud resolution, and identity theft.
• Analyze consumer contact data and report error trends to management.
